On-line bookings are held for 3 working days until receipt of deposit ($350/£223). On receipt of the deposit we will confirm the booking in writing (and by email). This deposit converts into a security deposit upon your arrival and it is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company, and according ot our Terms & Conditions. The rental balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Pool and spa heating (recommended November - March) is an optional additional cost ($140/£105 per week).

On completion of the on-line booking form we will email you with deposit payment options. We accept wire/mail payment directly to our bank account. Alternatively, you can pay securely using any major credit card via Paypal in USD and Sterling.
