What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa?

The villa accommodates 10 people comfortably.

Are smoking or pets allowed?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

What services are provided?

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly. Maid service for yoru stay can be arranged at an additional fee.

How far away are the main attractions?

The villa is ideally located only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World.

Any stores, supermarkets, restaurants nearby?

Our villa is conveniently located 2 minutes from a Publix supermarket which is open until 10 p.m. There is a 24 hour Walmart Supercenter north on US 27, just 4 minutes from villa. Posner Park is a new shopping complex south on US 27, that's a 10 minute drive, and there you will find Target, Belk's, Dick's Sporting, Best Buy, JC Penney, etc.

Any medical services nearby?

There is a walk-in Medical Centre in the Formosa Shopping Centre on US192.

Which direction does the pool face?

The villa has an idealistic south facing pool for all day sunshine.

Is the pool and spa heated?

Pool and spa heating is optional, but recommended between months of October to April at additional cost. The average temperature for the pool water is abt. 85 degrees (Florida law) and it depending on the air temperature, it can take 24-36 hours for water to reach optimum temperature.

How big/deep is the pool?

The pool measures 26 feet long by 13 feet wide, and abt 6 feet deep, at its deepest point. Four people can comfortably enjoy the spa.

Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc.?

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

What facilities are available for small children?

We provide complimentary use of baby cot/playpens, highchair, booster seat, and single seat stroller. There is also a small library of children's books & videos, as well as a toy box filled with toys,puzzles, etc. The villa is equipped with a child mesh safety fence for the pool area.

What entertainment is provided?

For young children there are a selection of toys, games, playstation and videos. For the older children and the adults there is a fully equipped games room.

How do we book?

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.

Is the security deposit refundable?

The security deposit is refundable within 14 days after your departure, and pending inspection of property for damage/loss.

How do we locate/enter the property?

Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

Is the villa managed/maintained?

Our home is managed by an excellent, reliable and responsive husband & wife team who will tend to your needs during your stay.

What if your villa is not available or I require additional accommodation?

We have access to similar quality housing within the Tuscan Hills area and will happily direct you to the owners.
