If you wish to book, please complete the on-line booking form and we will reply promptly. Bookings of less than one week are by agreement only. Bookings are held for 3 working days until receipt of deposit ($350/£234). The final balance plus a security deposit of $350/£234 is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. This deposit converts into a security deposit upon your arrival and it is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company, and according ot our Terms & Conditions. The rental balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Pool and spa heating (recommended November - March) is an optional additional cost ($175/£119 per week). Bookings of 7 days or less incur a cleaning surcharge of $95/£64. We offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience.
